Company: Included Health Built with: HTML, CSS tokens and GitHub System: 5 easing curves, 5 durations and 1 distance rule Shared as: A living site and a shared repo

Animation across our products was made one screen at a time, so the same moment moved differently from team to team. Nobody could say which curve or duration was right.
Without a shared language, motion was the first thing cut and the hardest thing to review.

Status, stated plainly: a working proposal now being validated with Brand, Product and Accessibility before it becomes policy.
I created the motion system and the library around it, and I lead the Animation Guild that keeps it alive.

All five easing curves playing at real speed, each with when to use it and where it already appears.

The five durations playing side by side, from Instant at 100ms to Progress at 400ms.

The distance rule in action: change the sheet height and its timing follows, so it never feels slower.

Every pattern in the library, each tagged with the tokens it uses and a recorded example from a real demo.

The site you’re reading uses the same curves.
